What To Expect At
Your Visit
Reaching out for help can be a very scary and unsettling experience. Your first couple of appointments will allow us to start the process of building a therapeutic relationship. I do my absolute best to ensure that clients feel safe and supported in their journey and that they are free to express themselves in a judgement-free zone. I implement effective person-centered psychotherapy methods to assist in working towards your desired changes and goals. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix; therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and caretaker alike. I look forward to assisting you on your journey.
